Online Purchase

You are able to purchase goods from us at our salon in Leamington Spa, over the phone or by using the online shop. When you place your order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. This email is confirmation that the order has been processed. However there may be instances when stock levels are incorrect. In this instance, we will contact you within 24 hours to inform you of this and offer the best solution available.

If you wish to order by phone we will gladly take your order together with your credit card details between 10am-5.30pm Tuesday to Friday.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo. You may send your credit card information securely via the Internet as our online processing is undertaken by PayPal which is an internationally renowned and secure online money collection service using the most up-to-date 128 bit encryption. Your order will only be processed if your credit card billing address and card security code can be verified by our credit card payment acquisition company to avoid the fraudulent use of your card.

If the Product is available and the details of the Order are correct, we will dispatch the order within 24 hours. If a Product is not available we will also let you know by email. We reserve the right to cancel any sale if we are unable to supply the products and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at our sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. If you subsequently re-order this will be deemed to be separate and each is treated individually. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Pricing of products and services

All prices shown on this website are in £ sterling and inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. Although we have checked the prices on this website thoroughly there may be mistakes made from time to time which might go undetected until it is brought to our attention. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supplied us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. In the event of a cancellation you will be given a refund of your payment. Please note we reserve the right to change prices without notice following a manufacturer price increase or budget announcements.

Stock and Availability

We endeavour to hold all stock at all times to avoid delays in supplying you with what you want, and use an automated stock control system to do so. However, there may be occasions when we run out of specific products, in which case we will let you know within 24 hours using the contact details supplied by you. If this happens you have the choice to wait for your order or cancel your order and get the full refund of the stock item(s) in question. With your order we are able to supply any sample free of charge subject to availability and requirement, on request or after a face-mapping online consultation.

Shipping and Delivery

Free delivery is offered on all products purchased online, or over the phone. Mayers is currently only shipping to UK addresses. All orders are normally posted by Royal Mail 1st Class post. Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 1 - 2 days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost. We will do our best to deliver on time but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If you do not receive your order within 3-5 days of ordering please contact us by e-mail stating the details of your order. It is vitally important that the correct address is given for the delivery because Mayers will not be held responsible for orders gone astray because of incorrect or incomplete address. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns

As a specialized Skin care clinic, we are passionate about our products and we want them to reach you in perfect condition. For this reason, if you are not satisfied with our products please contact us via email giving all the relevant details and we will happily replace or refund the full price paid, less any postage needed to replace it. This is providing that they are in un-used, un-opened and ‘as new’ goods.

We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible. The refund will be made directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. Please note we will not pay the return postage incurred to you if the correct product was supplied as requested on your order. However if you received damaged goods in the post please return the products as well as the packaging/postage receipt for direct replacement and we will reimburse your cost when you next order from us. You will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us and for this reason it is recommended that you use recorded delivery requiring a signature. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Vat & Customs

Although we ship only within the UK, we are able to quote post and packaging costs to overseas destinations upon specific request. Please email us your requirements. It is the responsibility of customers residing outside the UK to pay any extra taxes due on the goods and we will not accept responsibility for any customs requirements and payment in your country. All packets posted overseas will have a small customs sticker to describe the contents and their value. For larger parcels a more comprehensive custom documentation may be required.

Online face mapping

Face mapping is a unique idea introduced by Dermalogica to select the products specific to ones skin requirements. Mayers is able to offer this service online but the accuracy cannot be guaranteed as the deductions or inferences are only made from the information supplied by the customer without any physical examination of the skin by a Therapist. We can only advise and will not be held responsible for any product that turns out to be unsuitable after use.

Complaints Procedure

At Mayers, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are totally satisfied at all times. We take all complaints very seriously and ask that we be notified in the first instance by email of a complaint with all of the relevant details. We will respond to your complaint within 7 days of receiving it, and will try to resolve any issues that you may have.

Privacy and Data Protection

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 we are committed to protecting your privacy and any data that we may collect from you either Financial or Personal will be treated with utmost confidentiality and will not be passed on to any third party for the purpose of marketing or otherwise. We may however on occasions email you special offers we may have which might be of interest to you.
